    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switch to public mobile from Bell last night and I don't think the port went through. I can't make phone calls or use data.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/385410"&gt;@craigtaylor123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since your data does not work and you are unable to make calls, it is likely an account issue (versus porting).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot your phone and see what happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With a stuck port, you should be able to call, text out and data works.. &amp;nbsp;Just unable to receive texts and calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If after reboot, it still does not work. &amp;nbsp;You will need to contact customer service agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a private message to CSA through the following link :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
