    <description>&lt;P&gt;I subscribed to a new plan on Public Mobile yesterday and started the Number transfer process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My previous provider is canceled now, but while transferring, a message popped up on my phone saying "Public Mobile number transfer failed" or something like that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm stuck now, can someone assist me with this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or you completed the activation (Step 6) already and got an email telling you about the port failure?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you got the failed message, confirm if you number can be ported into PM:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/checkSingle.do" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/checkSingle.do&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And account on the old provider must be active to be able to port.&amp;nbsp; So, check with your old provider and see if they allow you to resume the service first so you can request porting.&amp;nbsp; Once sorted, you can then arrange porting again from PM side&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I'm from Bell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not exactly sure which step I got the error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;But the error message comes from iPhones native notification, I didn't get any email specifying the failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for the link, the result showed my number is eligible to move.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Before I activate my old provider, I just want to make sure this won't happen again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
