      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I subsribe and paid for the $34 plan (Canada-US 5G 50 GB) with the physical SIM card, is the account active right away or only when I install the SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
