roaming add-on while traveling

How do you purchase add on while on the road? So, I buy a 15 day roaming add on and cannot buy more before it expires I understand. So without service, given 15 day expired, how do I buy more roaming while on the road??

when you get to somewhere with free wifi, log in to your account to make the purchase. If you need it quick, message Customer Support to add it to your account.

thanks for this and I now know that it is good online ethics to note accept as solution and so I will.

Grateful however if you could let me know how/where you can find that customer support link you shared as I may well need to do just that.
