Hey there..is this promotion only for new activations? Im trying to change my plan to this but wont let me. It doesnt say for new activation too for the $40/mo canada us.

@Nys The 75GB $40 CAN/US plan is for existing customers just make sure to change plan for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money in your current cycle . It’s just the 50GB $34 CAN/US plan that’s for new activations . However that said some have verified getting the new activation plan from asking support no guarantee thou .

@Nys the $40 Canada-US plan is for existing subscribers as well and you should see it. Please try again using incognito mode and see if it is there.

If you still don't see it, please message support and ask them to schedule the change for you

Thank you for replying😊 i am changing my plan to the canada-us promotion $40 with 75gb but did not say about data. While scrolling today they have that new offer which said $40, 75gb canada-us data. Tried to change to that and wont let me, was wondering if they are just the same?
