I understand the $34. Promo is for new member. Why doe this not include existing members?

@alfie01 It’s normal for carriers to offer new activation only plans to get more subscribers. But some have reported to get the new activation only plan by asking support .also note over the last 12 monthes every new activation plan that came out has ultimately been available for existing customers 2-3 months later . But you can try and se if support will switch you now

I have completed the upgrade and when I want to install the esim which is suppose to be free, they want $5.00
