If yes did you leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try the SiM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
