Hi everyone,

Apologies if this might have been asked, link to a post if needed.

Just subscribed to PM today with ESIM, now if I decide to upgrade to a new phone, am I able to request for a new ESIM in My account page? What is the process of moving this over to the new phone?

You cannot transfer esim to a new phone. You have to purchase a new one. Either esim or physical sim. You can download the public mobile app and buy one under the subscription and add on section.

Thanks folks, this what I needed to know. The Esim cost is pretty low compared to TELUS ESIM's so that's a bit of a surprise.
