I have family in the US. If I subscribe to this plan would they pay long distance to call me? Or would the calls be exempt from long distance? Thanks in advance.

It's unlimited calling to and from the US while on this plan. If they call you, it depends if they have a plan on their phones to call Canada. The idea of this plan is to be able to use THIS phone while anywhere in Canada and anywhere in the United States. To be able to make unlimited calls to anyone in Canada and to anyone in the United States while in Canada and while in the US. Even using data. Works in both countries. No extra fees!

Contacts calling you would still be calling a Canadian phone number. Nothing changes for your family to call you based on your plan.
