How can I negotiate my subscription plan , I am presently on 15G for 40 dollars , I’d like to keep the 15G but reduce the 40 dollars I pay . I don’t necessarily need more data

there is no negotiation of plan values around here.

You can have a look at the plans being offered in your self-serve account to see if one suits you better.

@Iyobosawendy I’m sure there will be better value plan arrive in the next bit like the 40GB $34 or 50GB $34 untill then you should at least go for the 75GB $40 CAN/US plan until such time . Just keep an eye out in your account or here in the community
