      <title>Port request Not Complete</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a port request over 5 hrs ago. I'm able to make calls but haven't been able to receive calls. Calls are still going to my old provider&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Leaving old provider SIM card in the phone ? Or not get a text at all ?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I replied yes but also got a message for public saying I my account number was incorrect with the other provider&lt;/P&gt;</description>
