@Yew It’s only for new activations . But check with support some have verified being able to get this by asking support

@Yew Sorry it’s only for new activations only consider the 75GB $40 Canada USA plan instead.

that plan is for New Activations...but...if you currently have the $15 or $25 plan..message Customer Support with your request to upgrade to that plan.
