Account Locked Out

Seems like a common problem in these forums and the only way to resolve is to get an agent involved which appears to be a closely guarded privilege.

My account has been locked out for days. It says wait an hour to retry which is a lie. Waited a day and still the same. Reset my password twice. Strange that it lets me reset my password but won't let me log in (account locked).

Can an agent please help unlock my account?
