You will have to pay for another SIM card. Public mobile sometimes takes a while to ship SIM cards so that if your local store sells them see if you can get one their if not you can get on Amazon. If you don’t want to buy anywhere else other then from Public Mobile directly then use this link. https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/purchase-sim

You mostly likely will not be able to be credited for your usage a while back but you can try by submitting a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@CS_Agent

Hi, would you please be able to send me a new SIM? During the set up process I seem to have misplaced it, and have searched high and low for it.

Is it at all possible to credit back my months of unused service? All I had done was speed tests quite some time ago.

I have looked in various places online/offline, and tried support tickets to no avail - quite frustrating actually.

Thx

There are no refunds here unfortunately. If you need a new sim card, you have to purchase one by downloading the public mobile app. Or you can purchase from Amazon or a local Telus or Koodo location if they still sell in-store.

To contact cs submit another message at the link below.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
