Surely not everyone is having the phenomenal problems I am getting any mobile service. The company would quickly go out of business.

I've spent more time fighting to get on line than I have on line. I've devoted days of my life -- literally -- to trying to sort out whatever the problem is.

Plus, every afternoon my service quits and won't let me even check the weatber till later at night.

As you may have guessed, I'm a newb. Can't undsrstand wny I so frequently can't even get to PM site.

Oh -- and might this be related to the fact that the service seems to think I'm in Montresl when I'm really less than an hour on the other side of Ottawa?

@Kitone , there have been other reports of service impacts today. Not sure where the other customers are located. Doubtful that support can do anything to fix problem not account related.
