      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Surely not everyone is having the phenomenal problems I am getting any mobile service. The company would quickly go out of business.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spent more time fighting to get on line than I have on line. I've devoted days of my life -- literally -- to trying to sort out whatever the problem is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plus, every afternoon my service quits and won't let me even check the weatber till later at night.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you may have guessed, I'm a newb. Can't undsrstand wny I so frequently can't even get to PM site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh -- and might this be related to the fact that the service seems to think I'm in Montresl when I'm really less than an hour on the other side of Ottawa?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
