      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is connected to Public Mobile, but it says "no connection."&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried restarting my phone, and resetting the network connections, but no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't text, make phone calls, or use data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
