@Murp The 300 International LD minutes includes Mexico but not the USA. To call the US you need to buy the USA LD minutes or have a Can-USA plan.

it kind of depends whether it’s one of the add-ons that were gifted or one of the add-ons that are available for purchase.

You would need to refer to the details of your particular add-on to know the difference.

@Murp Just to be sure, do you mean for calling Mexico from Canada, or do you mean making calls back to Canada from Mexico? PM does not work if you are outside Canada (or the US with a roaming plan).
