      <description>&lt;P&gt;Accidentally put physical IMEI instead of esim IMEI. Sent a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;private message to CS_Agent but can't call other numbers since the number no longer works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
