      <description>&lt;P&gt;Deactivated or suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is 'deactivated' - closed you lost your number and have to create new one - purchase SIM, use new email, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is only suspended - you can log in into My Account, then pay the bill and it will go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
