Did the activation successfully complete?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will likely need to download the PM app onto your phone.&amp;nbsp; Then login into your account and unfortunately, need to purchase a new eSIM for your phone.&amp;nbsp; Unable to transfer eSIM from one account to another.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is some more info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/esim-faqs" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/esim-faqs&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/383137"&gt;@Isabellas&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sorry, eSIM can only be installed once.&amp;nbsp; Did you use your mom phone to activate the account for you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;while&amp;nbsp; you can ask support, I doubt they will offer you a free eSIM replacement.&amp;nbsp; You will likely need to rebuy a new eSIM and install it on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To rebuy new eSIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;, First, download the app on your own phone, click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;⊕&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; or&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;⧁&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;bottom left to bring up the menu and go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Subscription &amp;amp; Add-on&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;page, scroll down to the bottom and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Shop SIM Card Now&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You can buy and install eSIM from&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
