Hello, why when I add 1 800 number to my contact list the system adds an additional 1 infront of the phone number which makes like 11800....then rest of the 7 numbers of that particular number. This happens with any out of city phone number and any toll free number. I cannot place the call because of this reason. Thanks for your answer

@champa1 Unfortunately not all 1 800 numbers can be dialed with PM

don't manually add the 1...just 800 - xxxx.

Additional '1' if your phone's feature. Nothing to do with PM.

If you have issue calling toll-free number(s), not every toll-free number is available form PM.
