      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Samsung flip 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried esim method, but I am stuck at step 6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Subscription not activated&lt;BR /&gt;something did go right while activating your subscription.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't do anything through my phone. 'Contact us' just links to empty browser window, so can't get support using phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
