Looking to port to Freedom for the 34$ CAN-US 50GB plan, as we do lots of cross border travel. Will Public price match for existing customers? The 34$ 50GB CAN-US plan appears to only be available for new customers.

@Ott2023 You can try and ask support sometimes they can help give existing customers the new activation only plans . If not note there’s a 75GB CAN/US plan for $40 available to all

What is your present plan? If it is less than $34/month, you will have a more likely chance for CSA to change. If you are "upgrading" your plan, CSAs may be able to change. No guarantees.

However, if you are downgrading your plan, way less likely for CSA to change. You can still ask though.
