      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/383121"&gt;@Jacob241&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just in case, maybe check the blacklist phone list:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/consumers/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/consumers/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure the phone is not blacklisted for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try the PM SIM card in another working phone to see if you see the same message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the IOS updated on your iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
