Hello everyone, this is my first post on here. I wanted to ask a specific question about my situation and was hoping to get some answers from anyone here with experience.

I currently take the via rail for work between the london-toronto corridor and often need to hotspot myself on the train to get work done. I was wondering if anyone who had been on the train in that area knew if Public reception is strong and if the network is capable of dealing with my usage while on the via.

Any comments or help would be great.

Thank you!

hi @hadielr

but Via has free Wifi on board

https://www.viarail.ca/en/plan/onboard-train/free-wifi

so, you only needs voice call working on the corridor, which I believe would be decent, sorry, no personal experience

For hotspot, PM does not block hotspot and will work , but again, you can use Via Wifi instead

Thank you so much for your response, but Via wifi has blocks on websites I need to use for work, and it also blocks VPNs, so it's not an option.
