      <title>eSIM didn’t activate when I set it up during the port over.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when I set up my account last night it looked like everything went though and then it said I had to wait for the esim to start working. After an hour it said esim activation failed and I should Contact support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried using the QR code that came in my activation email and that isn’t working either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance in getting my phone working would be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/383037"&gt;@Inathani&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Their advertised &amp;nbsp;hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST. &amp;nbsp;I believe that is 7 days a week but response might be a bit slower at the weekend. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
