      <title>Subscription Not Activated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting Subscription Not activated after trying to set up e-sim. When clicking Get Support I get directed to sign-in to open a ticket I get a blank screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/383028"&gt;@Joe22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check the Sim Manager on the device (or Settings &amp;gt; Cellular) first and see if the Public Mobile eSim is there already and just not enabled?&amp;nbsp; If you see the esim there, enable it.&amp;nbsp; If it is an iPhone , set it as Primary and toggle on "Turn on this line".&amp;nbsp; And also, if you still have the old provider sim card, remove it if it is physical or disable that if it is an esim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not there, then yes, you really need to engage support by direct message for further help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.&amp;nbsp; CS Agent will reply to you there&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
