      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/382819"&gt;@frustratednew&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;before you setup hotspot, can you confirm your service is fully functioning?&amp;nbsp; is data working by itself?&amp;nbsp; We need to make sure data is working or not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and for hotspot setup,&amp;nbsp; PM does not block hotspot , so no need to worry, just a setup issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; do you have Android or iPhone?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
