      <title>add on not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added on call minutes and changed my account and was charged Feb 15th. It shows 492 minutes on my account left but I cannot make a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/382623"&gt;@k_white&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; regular Canada-wide call minutes addon?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You sure you got the correct one and didn't get other Long Distance calling add-on by mistake?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp; Try to dial 1 in fron to the 10 digits number.&amp;nbsp; Or if you are using 1 already , try to dial just the 10 digits&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
