Porting out to Rogers is all on Rogers to manage @quyetnguyen1

All you have to do is:

keep your Public Mobile account active

reply YES to the port authorization request with the PM SIM card in your device within 90 minutes

Get Rogers on it if you've done the above. They control the process, not Public Mobile.

Hello @quyetnguyen1

To be able to port out your number from Public Mobile to Rogers, the PM account has to be active. If its' not active, load $20 on it and choose the $15 plan as it's the cheapest to activate it. THen reach out to Rogers to port.

Just wondering the reason why you're porting out? Better plans, better price... ??
