    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/382503"&gt;@Franhope33&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the Public Mobile name up top and it just isn't connecting right, you may wish to go into your network settings and reset them and reboot. Just know that it will erase any saved WiFi spots/passwords and also any bluetooth connections. Let us know if this worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so did you leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to confirm the transfer ? Either way I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you .
