If you can wait a full 24 hours and try again incognito private mode or use the app instead . Also note if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or recharge .com for a fee . And load it *611 to resume services right away .       <description>&lt;P&gt;These are good tips/advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Different users may experience or have different issues as to why it is not working for them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen numerous posts where it's been weeks with no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The waiting,&amp;nbsp; the browser issue, using different devices,&amp;nbsp; even vouchers not been accepted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if someone has only 1 credit card, then what?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has got to be fixed now. It's been way too long&amp;nbsp; with too many complaints.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile has got to do better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
