How do I get the 20 GB for 29$ promotion?

I notice there's a promotion of 20 GB plan for 29$ and my current plan is 35$ for 20$ GB. I'm unable to get the promotion when I log into my account, but I see the offer on the main website when I'm logged out. I know other providers have the same offer and I would like to avoid having to switch providers for no reason. How do I proceed?

@K1989 , it is for new activations. You would have to sign up for a new account to get it. Since you are currently paying $35, I suggest getting this plan on the 90 day renewal which drops the cost to $34/30 days. You get a total of 150GB over the 90 day period.

The other plan I suggested, 50GB of 5G data then unlimited 512kbps throttled.

I've been with public mobile for over 5 years and new clients get a better deal? That would be interesting to say the least.

Public Mobile does not give new activation offers to existing customers in situations where it leads to a lower price plan. They will consider giving you a more expensive plan with more data even if the plan is for new activations only. This sort of makes sense in a way.

Have you been able to grovel for a cheaper priced plan or know of a successful case. Let's not clogged the support channels needlessly. 😂

Are you sure? I've had my plan for many months now and my understanding is that the 20 GB refreshes every month. I don't need 20 GB of data already so it would be overkill to get a 50 GB plan and somewhat wasteful
