    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/382140"&gt;@Segar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you accidentally purchased 2 of the same plans on the same account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will remain as credit to pay for your next month bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can DM a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to complete the refund. This will be the same time as your next renewal. You you are not tight on funds…I would suggest you leave it as credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
