      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/382102"&gt;@MJ_David&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service agents do not usually monitor the community forum for tickets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you submit the ticket?&amp;nbsp; It can take up to 24-48 hours to respond.&amp;nbsp; If more than time frame, you might want to just directly private message CS_Agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a private message to CSA through the following link :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, is there anything else that the community forum members can offer.&amp;nbsp; We do not have access to your account, but often can provide troubleshooting advice that does not require CSA help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
