If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;“&lt;SPAN&gt;Last Subscription Cycle&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Nov 21, 2023 - Dec 21, 2023”&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, my credit card was charged on January 12th and February 12th.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/382029"&gt;@Adachi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How did you cancel your subscription?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only ways to cancel are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Login to your account and disable the Subscribe button in the Payment section and it will cancel after 90 days of nonpayment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Port your number over to another carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that PM is a prepaid service and there are no refunds but you can DM a CS_Agent for a refund but don’t hold your breath.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
