      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased 2 SIM cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One worked perfectly the second won't work. I've tried 2 phones and the SIM won't work in either phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depending on the phone, if it was previously used, you may need to reset the network settings. You will lose any Wifi saved spots and passwords and your blue tooth connections. Once you reset your network settings, reboot. See if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
