I can't send group texts and I can't send pictures via texts. This just started 2 weeks ago. I have always been able to send group texts and pictures before.

@languagemaier Did you accidentally turn cell data off in phone settings ? Do you have data left ? Or do you maybe have a data limiter set in phone settings

not even when you are in Wifi?

it is a phone settings, not a PM service problem

are you using iPhone or Android? check with settings on the message app

if Android, you can try to clear cache or try another app

or easier, you can try your sim in another phone

I have an android Samsung S7. I have lots of data and it happens with wifi as well. I have checked all my settings. Phone repair people are of the mind that it is PM and not my phone.

Try Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

If issue persists, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
