      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just switched from an eSim to a physical sim card that I purchased this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New physical sim card doesn't seem to work although I registered the serial number and did everything on my account page &amp;amp; restarted my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/381589"&gt;@cappuchino&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to do a Network Reset in your phone settings then reboot. Just know that it will erase all your WiFi log ins and passwords and bluetooth settings as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
