      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, My request is a priority du to the fact my primary line has been disconnected by Public Mobile by mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Yesterday, when&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;I was trying to transfer a second line from another carrier to the esim of my wife,&amp;nbsp; the system has replace my line to the new line, so for now, my line is no more assigned, and I only have accees to&amp;nbsp; the line of my wife.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I would like to talsk to the service representative ASAP to retrieve my line&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;thanks&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has happened to me as well and I need a solution ASAP!! I was importing a second line from TELUS for my daughter and my primary number was replaced with her number. How do I get my number back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
