    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to find help here is beyond frusterating, i cant just call someone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways, I have a samsumg, I unlocked the phone with Rogers, phone is unlocked, i added my public mobile sim and it will not work, i have already paid for my plan last week and i have 0 service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting a notification on my phone that says "network locked sim card inserted"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also tried using my friends koodoo&amp;nbsp;sim and virgin sim all work fine... why is the public mobile sim not working???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frusterating.. no wonder Walmart did not recommened public even tho they sell their sim cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0066cc"&gt;@Moderator_Team&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried testing your Public Mobile SIM card with your friend's phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
