      <title>Porting Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred in from another carrier.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No confirmation request came from the old carrier until a notice came that the 90minutes had expired.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can call out, send and receive texts and email works.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I cannot receive incoming calls though.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
