How to reconnect to old nickname?

It's been a year or two since I've logged into the Community section, and today it prompted me to specify a nickname. I was using Traycer before, but it said that name was already taken (yes, by me!). I've resorted to using Traycer2 for now, but it would be great if I can get my old profile back.
