      <title>Unblocked number unable to call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I accidently blocked a contact and unblocked them but their calls won't go through. It doesn't go to voicemail or anything, it just doesn't allow the call to go through at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed contact, powered off phone, cleared phone cache and cleared data, added contact back and all has failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea on how to fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/381409"&gt;@LeePop1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;number blocking is a device level thing not system.&amp;nbsp; Also, there is no feature for PM to block a single number completely and not even send it to voicemail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ask you friend to call again, and check your usage history. The call must show there, either it showing gone to your phone or showing the call go to voicemail (with a number ending 4001).&amp;nbsp; If it is not even on usage history, it is a problem with the caller, not with you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
