I clicked that but it shows no messages. I have communicated with Client CS. They responded and I responded back. I logged out then after a while I logged back in but now I cannot see any correspondences'

The website has caching issues. Maybe try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. The private messages should be still in your inbox.
