      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tell us more what you did/do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you signed up with PM? Did you port your number? Does other services work as expected? Can you call out, receive calls? Can you do SMS in/out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For MMS to work your DATA has to be ON. MMS will not use your data allowance, though...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DO NOT USE 3rd PARTY apps for MMS! Use native phones texting app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
