      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 nights ago, i tried to renew my plan and in the process i decided to change my subscription to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;$&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;39&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;.00&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;/&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;MONTH with&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;30GB Data at 4G Speed. When i put in my banking details and enter, it said the payment did not go through and there was a problem with the payment. Then, on second thoughts i decided to revert to my previous plan of $24 a month. Only for me to &lt;/FONT&gt;realize&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;&amp;nbsp;after checking my bank that i was charged twice, so the first payment actually went through, and i was given incorrect information. I was charged $35.65 first and then charged $28.75. Why it’s advised to change plan on renewal and not immediately or you get charged new plan price right away and start a new cycle .       <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to wait to change subscriptions until the one before is finished. They won’t refund you for the unused portion of the month before. When you click buy subscription there is an option to have it gone into effect after the current month is over. That would help you avoid extra charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
