I want to transfer my eSIM to a physical card.

You have to purchase physical SIM and then to transfer number through My Account at PM site.

Go to Profile where you can:

- Change phone number

- Change SIM number

- Transfer Phone Number

You don't need to contact customer service agent to change SIM cards. You will need to do it yourself via your self service account.

You can pickup a SIM from Amazon for $4.99 compared with PM for $10 which may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Change the eSIM to SIM in your account under the Profile section.
