I do not receive your promotions through text message. My husband just subscribed to one yesterday and I would like that too.

Please note that promotional offers are targeted and account specific. Depending on the subscription you have, you might or not be eligible for offers.

Maybe next time they might offer you.

Unfortunately, these promo text offers are only directed to that specific account which received the text. Not everyone gets these promo texts. We are not sure what the criteria are for these promo texts.

Hopefully, in the future, your account may receive a promo text.

that is a targeted offer , not everyone has it. But they run this every month or two. Maybe you will get that next time

or, some people not shy to ask and got it in the end. so you can try to submit a ticket with agent and see if they can help

You may get an offer in future as well, but not that the offers are always for a plan that will have you spending more per month not less.
