What errors are you getting when you try to sign in? What other issues are you having? We as a community may be able to help. That's what we're here for.

I can’t log into my account. It sends my authentication code to my email which is fine. I received that but once I enter that then it sent says it’s sending a code to my phone number and gives me the last three digits of my phone number which are correct But I never received a code even when I click resend code

Try using Private mode and request code to emaol again and stay on Private mode to enter code

if issue persists, please open ticket with PM support
